Motor Vehicle Accidents
We bill for Personal Injury Protection massages when you have an open claim through your auto insurance company and have a prescription for a massage from a Medical Doctor, Naturopath, or Chiropractor. We are networked with multiple exceptional Chiropractors and Naturopaths if you need a referral to obtain a massage prescription and additional complimentary care. We bill under the Oregon Worker’s Compensation Fee Schedule for MVA claims. We are happy to guide you through the process of working with your insurance company and may advise you to seek legal representation to ensure you receive treatment that you are legally entitled to. At Healing Tree Massage and Bodywork, we are extremely dedicated to supporting you in the healing journey from your auto accident.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we ask that you pay 50% of the Time of Service rate. If you cancel less than 12 hours before or miss your appointment, we ask that you pay 100% of the Time of Service rate for your scheduled massage. (exceptions can be made for emergencies) If you are late to your massage, the session length may have to be shorter and we ask that you pay full price for the scheduled session rate.
If you are sick, we ask that you give us as much cancellation notice as possible. Be aware that receiving massage when you are sick tends to make you more sick (especially in the early stages of a cold or flu). Please stay at home and get your rest!
